We want you to be completely satisfied with your Maison Labiche purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange.
Request Your Return
Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Ship the Items
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
